FUNCTION
CO-60S split hydraulic crimping machine (large tonnage) is a recently developed efficient and practical hydraulic crimping tool. It uses hydraulic power to push the lower die up, and when the upper and lower dies are in contact, the crimping is completed. It is suitable for overhead tension bushings above 110KV and underground cables.
Features:
1. The maximum steel-aluminum terminal bushing is 55mm, the maximum steel bushing is 36mm, the crimping surface is wide, the number of times is small, the elongation can be controlled, and the deformation can be reduced.
2. The double-acting hydraulic cylinder can avoid the problem of slow reset caused by spring fatigue. At the same time, the piston reset time can be shortened.
Equipped with hydraulic pump: equipped with single oil pipe hydraulic electric pump ZCB-7000B or EHP-63A.
Optional molds: aluminum molds: 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 40, 45.
Steel molds: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24. A pair of molds are randomly equipped.

CO-100S
1. Suitable for crimping of overhead tension casing above 110K and connecting of underground cables. 2. Maximum casing size 71mm, wide crimping surface, less crimping times, can reduce crimping deformation and control elongation. 3. Double-acting hydraulic cylinder can eliminate the problem of slow reset due to spring elastic fatigue. 4. Double-acting hydraulic cylinder can shorten the piston reset time. 5. The movable mold can help the operator to easily remove the mold after crimping. 6. The rotating mold cover can be opened and closed quickly, making operation and positioning easier. 7. Simple design and easy maintenance. 8. Must be used with a double-acting hydraulic pump.

CO-200S
1. Suitable for crimping of overhead tension casing above 500KV and connecting of 220KV underground cables. 2. Maximum casing size Ф91mm, wide crimping surface, less crimping times, can reduce crimping deformation and control elongation. 3. The double-acting hydraulic cylinder can eliminate the problem of slow reset due to spring elastic fatigue.
4. The double-acting hydraulic cylinder can shorten the piston reset time.
5. The movable mold can help the operator to easily remove the mold after crimping.
6. The rotating mold cover can be opened and closed quickly, making operation and positioning easier.
7. Simple design and easy maintenance.
8. It must be used with a large-flow double-acting hydraulic pump. SEP5A gasoline engine hydraulic pump is recommended.
